So yesterday, flush with boost from day before, I decided to yoke mind and heart with body, and not only allow body to spontaneously flow through tai chi, but to actually go back to “doing my practices,” i.e. yoga/chi kung/tai chi, as far as I am able, to see how that goes. And that went well, very well; I was able to do everything yogic except the poses where I’m on my stomach, putting weight or pressure of any kind on the broken wrist left arm. Furthermore, it was an unusually warm February day, so I had the great pleasure of doing them in the backyard yurt.
Notice I closed up the yurt. A tornado watch with thunderstorms blew through here last night, and whew! Even its high winds did not disturb it.
I know, I know, the chicken barn behind looks like Moloch, breathing fire, about to devour the pristine yurt.
Notice the sticks poking up below the platform on the right and (harder to detect), lining both sides of path path leading to yurt. Joseph planted a large number of perennial flower bulbs there last Sunday.
