Open, Open OPEN! WE MAVERICKS ARE “CHROMATICS”

This is a follow-up to yesterday’s post, and Michael Driver does a great job  in delineating what it means to be actually, purposefully, FREE.

It reminds me of a conversation last night on the patio, where former Green Acres Village resident, Andreas, a concert pianist, was educating someone who said he preferred Brahms to Franck, because “I didn’t know how to listen to Franck.” (This was in reference to a recent concert, featuring this pianist and both composers).

Andreas explained the difference by saying that Franck’s music, composed much later than Brahms, was not composed in a single key (a single frame, you might say). Instead, the Franck was “more chromatic,” in that it contained both lots of sharp and flat notes, plus kept shifting keys, each time opening the piece to the unexpected, thus placing the listener continuously “on edge.”

Remember, in permaculture, “the edges are where the action is.” That’s where two or more species, frames, assumptions, etc. CLASH, and the resulting frisson works magic. The more edges, the greater the aliveness. Space opens, to reveal new possibilities, over and over and over again.

We mavericks, one might say, are chromatics.

I usually check out the news aggregator, beforeitsnews.com, on a daily basis. A few days ago, a David Icke video appeared there which, needless to say, raised my eyebrows. Drilling into DJT’s history, especially his associations with corrupt individuals in the business world, as well as the way he worked with the Covid vaccine rollout, indeed, how he continues to push the vaccine, the video feels very damning.

BTW: Icke has been speaking this way about Trump ever since he became president. Nowhere does he mention that Trump was the first president in how many decades to not start any new wars; nowhere does he mention DJT’s focus on securing this nation’s borders, reviving American business, bi-lateral trade agreements in place of draconian world control. Not to mention Trump’s determination to “drain the swamp,” including bribed, blackmailed pedophile politicians. And all this in the face of relentless, continuing, vitriolic, personal attacks by those who benefit from the swamp.

 

But then, very shortly after the Icke video appeared, Kerry Cassidy did an interview in which she placed David Icke’s interpretation of DJT in a much larger context, and in my view, largely exonerates him.
