The hidden context in the title is collective. What shall November bring? Remember remember, the 5th of November . . .
Okay. Here is a personal tale, shifting the context to the lived experience of a single human being . . .
I narrowly missed being in a car accident this morning. This came just as I was thinking about all the near-miss accidents I haven’t been in over the decades. I’m chalking it up to divine intervention. Looking back, I realize that the guy to my right wanted to make a left turn, which was coming up much too fast. Unexpectedly, he darted left in front of me, and within a fraction of a second my body was taken over by a force that created the exact swerve and slowdown required to avoid him.
Oh my.
I know this astonishing phenomenon happens periodically for anybody who either drives or is a passenger, in a heavy, fast-moving, metallic vehicle. Usually, we just chalk it up to good luck, and go on our merry way.
But what if it’s not just “luck.”
Yes. Think about it. Why are there not way, way, WAY more car accidents?
On the theme of divine intervention, how’s this? Laura Bruno’s forecast for New Moon November 1, which features an exact Mars/Pluto opposition in Cancer/Capricorn only 19 days prior to when Pluto exits Capricorn for the final time for Aquarius, where it will remain until 2044. This David/Goliath opposition also happens on this first day of November’s New Moon to be configured into a harmonious grand trine/kite formation with mystical, compassionate Neptune and communicative Mercury!
Pluto has been in Capricorn in 2008, its death/rebirth wrecking ball aimed at outgrown, overweening and/or corrupt institutions and traditions that needed it. We are about to complete the shift from the wreckage of top down control systems to, after a likely chaotic initiation, the utter equality of individuals. Which sounds good, until we recognize that Aquarius is an air sign, mental: “individualism,” which signals abstract networking and AI, will tend to complete the ongoing replacement of the micelial emotional intimacy needed for human nourishment best fostered by families in community. (Remember that? We’ve been eroding our complex, multifaceted human bonding, starting with fractured families, for decades now.)
With Pluto in Aquarius, who will we, as individuals, turn into? Transhumanist bots?
Furthermore, will IVF replace human pregnancy? If so, then what? Designer babies? Babies as commodities? Plus: How utterly will “growing” in a synthetic container differ from mysterious multidimensional symbiosis in a human mother’s body?
I’m especially interested in Laura’s interpretation of the yod pointing to the Ascendant in the chart for Washington D.C.
