I think everyone can agree that this is a huge moment in U.S. history. But why?
I take a quick look at the U.S. natal chart, Trump’s natal chart, and current transits.
There’s all sorts of interesting aspects during and around this July 4th holiday, but let’s pick one.
Here’s the one I pick: JUPITER!
It just so happens that the current transit of expansive, generous, lucky Jupiter, currently at 5° Cancer, is today and tomorrow conjuncting itself, for a Jupiter return to the U.S. chart, an occasion which loops around every twelve years.
The natal U.S. chart has four planets in Cancer, including Venus, Jupiter, Sun and Mercury; in other words, this stellium dominates the U.S. chart. We love our homeland; we are our homeland.
So, to repeat: transit Jupiter, which entered Cancer on June 10th, has already crossed over the U.S. Venus at 3° Cancer, and is currently conjuncting itself at 5° Cancer (happens every twelve years, the Jupiter return). Furthermore, transit Jupiter is on its way to conjuncting the U.S. 13° Cancer Sun (August) and the 24° Cancer Mercury (October, November) and, for a final time this 12-year round, late May through early June 2026.
For all this time, Jupiterian expansion, generosity, faith, growth, optimism, luck, high ideals pervade the ethers.
And remember, Jupiter is exalted in the sign of Cancer. So Jupiter’s position natally in Cancer expands the generous, protective, nurturing home-loving qualities of Cancer.
No wonder the Trumpian motto; MAGA: Make America Great Again!
So it may not be surprising to realize that Trump’s natal chart encourages, communicates, reflects and enhances this Jupiterian passage. His natal Mercury at 8° Cancer squares his Neptune at 5° Libra. Which means that this same transit of Jupiter that is so affecting the U.S. chart is now squaring Trumps Neptune and about to conjunct his Mercury.
Trump serves as the visionary, idealistic mouthpiece for the U.S. of A.
So Happy July 4th everybody.
Happen Independence Day to the United States of America.
