Have we reached the finale, the ignominious end of western civilization? If the “opening ceremonies” of the 33rd Paris Olympics are any indication, then yes.
Or is this just the “you can’t tell them, you have to show them” part of the movie.
Hopefully, viewers will boycott, not only the opening, but the games themselves. On the other hand, what about the athletes? Their years of training, their excellence in whatever they have undertaken has been hijacked by Thomas Jolly, a politically correct gay man who directed the satanic, LGBTQ+ opening ceremonies, because he “wants everyone to feel represented.” What a crock!
I’d be very interested to know just how the athletes themselves felt about the extended, four hour affront to their sensibilities. Did they treat it as a joke?
On the other hand, whenever I get off the internet, and return to real embodied life, I can and do forget all the bullshit from afar. Plus, I am in no way ready or willing to participate in the end of civilization.
