This “thinker” has come to a decision . . .

Rather than taking one or two days off from screens by going elsewhere (see yesterday’s post), I’ve decided to stay home, but to alter my screen habit through making gradual changes, which will end up putting me off screen from Friday evening through Monday morning, every week.

To begin, I’m going to just take this Sunday, tomorrow, during the day ,off.

(My worst habit is at night, when I go to bed to listen to podcasts, but have to use ipad screen to look them up. And then if I wake up again, which I do, two or three or even four times during the night, go to screen to get another podcast, etc. Each time, absorbing its deadly blue light . . . See the amazing 20-year renegade Dr. Jack Kruse, his recent long interview with Johnny , where he discusses this.

That’s how I began intermittent fasting nearly two months ago, gradually; moving from 16/8 to 17/7 to my goal, where I am now: 18/6.

Until Monday!
