One good thing about the fact that all the old Capricorn FORMS (including rules, regulations, organizations, bureaucracies, etc.) which, pre-covid con, we actually took for granted . . . are crumbling (as Pluto completes its historic shift from top-down, controlling Capricorn to fractious, decentralized, ultimately cooperative Aquarius) —IS . . . they can no longer assume we will obey!
At least not those of us who have converted —
from victim to mastery —
from lack to abundance —
from F.E.A.R. (false evidence appearing real) to LOVE.
LOVE, what fills and fuels the universe.
Notice especially, the final phrase of the last line of Tolle’s wonderful quote: “free of identification with form.” Yes. That’s what we aim for. And ultimately, that freedom includes the body, one’s own body — and the “dis-eases” they aim to saddle us with. 
Care for one’s body, as the temple of one’s spirit, while in material form.
No need to “identify” with it.
