The astrological indicators for the first full Moon of 2023, on January 6, with many personal and political ramifications, are good. See Laura Bruno’s spot-on post for this Full Moon which, since it is in Cancer, which rules the Moon, is likely to feature strong feelings of all kinds.
Note that January 6th is the anniversary of the so-called “insurrection,” which still holds hundreds of prisoners from that day in a D.C. gulag. Plus, pay attention to the fact that the Brunson case is to be considered by the Supreme Court on January 6, especially in view of the Sabian symbols Laura refers to. Verrrry interesting!
And note that this Full Moon conjuncts (within three degrees) the natal U.S. Sun in home-loving Cancer.
Note, in this chart set for the moment of Full Moon, in D.C., Lilith (Eve’s sovereign sister), in late Cancer, sign of the family, conjuncts the 1° Leo Ascendant. Pluto in late Capricorn, sign of structure, tradition, conjuncts the 1° Aquarian Descendant. In other words, independent Lilith opposes primal, controlling Pluto, and since this aspect is highly emphasized by its connection to the Ascendant/Descendant axis, where we meet the world and the world meets us, might this signify deeply sourced feminine energy rising, including Gaia’s energy herself? — by self-expressive Leo individuals working in concert with networked groups of Aquarian equals — with all attempts to squash (Pluto) this new, rising energy that vows to protect both home and homeland (Cancer) morphing instead into total transformation?
Another, related, interpretation: shadow work — to identify, honor, and integrate the parts of the self that we fear or hate, those that lie hidden, stuck — required now.

”And you? My teacher looked up, his left eyebrow arched, pencil poised. 'I want to do a paper on the concept of time.’” I mumbled, timidly. 'Time?' He sniffed. “I wouldn’t touch the subject. Too difficult.” — AK, 1967
