I don’t know if I’ve ever seen so many people commenting on a long-standing politician’s death. Here are reflections from two people I tend to trust. The first, details one specific incident; the second views her malignant influence as a whole.
P.S. Whatever happened to the idea that aging yields wisdom? Instead, with Feinstein and so many many others, aging just concretizes hunger to get and keep political power.
I met Senator Diane Feinstein once, in the lead up to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. She had just recently been assigned to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (in 2001), and it was in that capacity that she had a senior staffer from the committee ask me to come to Washington… pic.twitter.com/QQPA04hP22

Why is anyone honoring Feinstein?
She was one of the most corrupt politicians in America. She employed a Chinese spy for 20+ years. She served as Senator for 31 years, and what did she accomplish?
Thank her for her service? She served no one but herself and her donors.

So much of my time and energy is now taken up with son Colin and his ongoing situation, which I write about, on a daily basis. If you want to empathize with (and send loving, healing energy to) this extraordinary human being with an unusually large life force energy stuck inside a largely unresponsive body since August 16 — and determined to move, step by halting step, into wellness, despite excruciating nerve pain — then sign up for daily updates at

That said, I’ve decided it’s another meme day. So great, this way of getting things I abhor or find absurd off my chest without having to say anything! Memes function on an “if you know you know” basis. YES.
Because of course, despite my personal preoccupation, I’m still a news junkie, my original addiction, back when I was a kid. When I would run to get the daily newspaper and scan the headlines for new. Always with one burning, haunting question. Nuclear war today? Or can I go outside and pretend to play.

Two running themes, this one fake as hell, and pushed on us, more and more.

And this one, the covid con, ramping up again, but in an increasingly skeptical world. YES.

And yes, attempting to remain connected to my own mysterious organic body, my antenna for magical Mother Earth and her starry home, despite the trivial technological overlay/underlay:

And this, unbelievably, this. So out there, so extraordinarily weird, so obviously Evil, that it must be a joke! is it a joke? It’s got to be a joke. NO. It’s not a joke.

”And you? My teacher looked up, his left eyebrow arched, pencil poised. 'I want to do a paper on the concept of time.’” I mumbled, timidly. 'Time?' He sniffed. “I wouldn’t touch the subject. Too difficult.” — AK, 1967
