Astrological Notes on Mike Johnson, New Speaker of House of Representatives

Born January 30, 1972. Sun near 10° Aquarius, Moon somewhere in Leo. Don’t know place or time of birth, so will just stay with what his Sun sign signifies. And this, on top of all the news about his “positions” on various contentious issues, all of which seem to be MAGA, which makes some people very happy, others extremely furious.

It’s interesting that this little-known politician (and constitutional attorney, and conservative, Christian, married father of four ) should all of a sudden “rise to the top of the heap,” after the chaos of the past few weeks. I find it instructive that he’s an Aquarian, with his north node near his Sun. Definitely born with the capacity to be a leader of this fractious group who will, hopefully, give everyone their heads (his Moon in Leo near south Node), while pulling them together into mutual cooperation.

Might the unanimous Republican vote for him be an example of such?

And yet:

Sabian Symbol for 10° Aquarius: A MAN WHO FOR A TIME HAD BECOME THE EMBODIMENT OF A POPULAR IDEAL IS MADE TO REALIZE THAT AS A PERSON HE IS NOT THIS IDEAL.

Keynote: The need to deal with human beings as persons rather than as screens upon which one projects one’s dream and ideal.

I’d say that as an ideal archetype he has already failed, just as all politicians (and most people) fail, and that is to not yet realize that, as a species, in order to move beyond WAR we all need to learn to expand our perspective, to include both sides of any polarity as real, to let go of the third dimension and rise to inhabit a spacious 5D presence where every position is seen in context with every other position, none of them more real, true, or valuable, than any others.

Case in point: ‘TAKING SIDES” in the Mid-East conflict. Being for only Israel.

Sad.

Hopefully, as a Moon in Leo leader, he himself will learn, and perhaps then, even teach his fellow legislators this old,  extremely difficult to learn, lesson. That he’s 51 years old is interesting, since it means this is the year when his Chiron returns to its natal place for the very first time.

Chiron is in Aries now, just as it was at Mike Johnson’s birth, along with his Mars, also in Aries, its home sign.

Chiron: the wounded healer.

Aries: brave warrior

WAR wounds whomever it does not kill.

Chiron Return, when we may learn, via our own deep wound, to utilize our native healing capacity in a more conscious manner.

Please Mike Johnson, may your Chiron Return move you into the spacious present which includes all and everything without judging one as of more value than another.

Full Moon in Taurus Lunar Eclipse ~ October 28, 2023

(BTW: partial lunar eclipse will not be visible here in Bloomington, IN.)

For me, meditating on this, and any, lunar eclipse, especially those occurring in fixed signs, and doubly so for those occurring in dense, fixed, earth/water Taurus/Scorpio, I assume that whatever has been hiding undercover for a long time, needing to maintain its own safety, security, status quo, power, position, etc. — is due to be passionately vibrated into massive exposure. Think of it. The Earth upon which we live, sandwiched between Moon and Sun during a lunar eclipse, it’s as if we sway back and forth, magnetized by Moon OR illuminated by Sun; as if we owe allegiance to, get distracted by, move into harmony with, one or the other. Hard to do both.

We must do both. And to do both at once. In order not to get sucked into endless MSM deep state, cabal propaganda that insists we come down on one side or the other of any polarity, we must become larger than both our emotional body (Moon) and our conscious awareness (Sun), simultaneously.
