You might want to pay full attention to Laura Bruno’s assessment of the coming full moon in Aries.
She sets the chart for Washington, D.C., which puts the 3° Libra Sun on the 1° Libra MC opposite Neptune and Moon at 2° and 3° Aries on the IC. Both path and root activated. Plus note the grand trine that I pointed to in the Equinox chart post.
