Like most people I know, I’ve long been fascinated with Elon Musk; in fact, I’d say, if anyone on earth can be said to be ET, it’s Elon.
So of course, I want to check out his astro chart, easily available online. Even his birthtime is there, which is unusual.

And frankly, I was underwhelmed. Oh yes, we can view that forming conjunction of Jupiter at 27° Scorpio and Neptune at 0° Sagittarius as a signal of deep imaginative reach into the blue, but opposite, and thus grounded, in earth bound fact, via Saturn in Gemini, plus the opposition itself creating a T-cross with the Moon at 6° Virgo. So intense analytic capacity, indeed, a deep, determined thinker who works hard in his reach for the stars.
Oh there are a few more interesting aspects — e.g. Sun in emotional, protective Cancer square eruptive Uranus in relationship-oriented Libra, Venus who loves to think (Gemini) closely trine Mars in Aquarius (and to work in groups to solve problems).
But ultimately, I do think the specialness of his chart comes down to the fact that his soul chose to be born during the very minute that the planet Mercury was crossing the Ascendant, shortly after sunrise.
Such exactness, especially when involving one of the four corners of the chart (horizontal Ascendant/Descendant axis; vertical Midheaven/Immum Coeli axis) tends to pull me in as the obvious signature of this person’s individuality.
On the other hand, Mercury is in Cancer? Like the Sun, also in Cancer, but in the hidden 12th house. That seems strange for such an intellectual fellow directly in the public eye. On the other hand, he does have, how many children now with how many mothers?

There’s simply no question: Elon is utterly exceptional, and the chart, frankly, as is, doesn’t really pull him apart from others also similarly talented. In other words, the solar system itself is too small a context for grokking this guy.
So . . . let’s put his chart within the context of fixed stars! And let’s especially focus on what stars, if any, conjunct the Ascendant/Mercury combination.

Mercury/Ascendant, both at 15° Cancer, exactly conjunct both Sirius and Canopus, which happen to be the first and second brightest stars in the heavens (Canopus is located 36° directly south of Sirius).

Here’s one view of the extreme significance of Sirius:

Now, given the above, take a look on Elon’s transformed twitter/X, at one person’s assessment of the seemingly impossible, ongoing achievements of Elon Musk:

Finally, check out the sabian symbol for 15° Cancer:
A group of people who have overeaten and enjoyed it.
“This is a symbol of the inescapable richness of lifes in any normal manifestation of itself, here given emphasis on the side of the rewards which come to man as a result of his own efforts.”
”And you? My teacher looked up, his left eyebrow arched, pencil poised. 'I want to do a paper on the concept of time.’” I mumbled, timidly. 'Time?' He sniffed. “I wouldn’t touch the subject. Too difficult.” — AK, 1967
