The timing of this long-awaited Report (four years in the making?), the disclosures of which anyone who has been paying attention had already realized, was utterly exquisite, both astrologically and according to Clif High predictions, during this, what is already turning out to be a storied week.

Of course I personally didn’t read the 300 page document that supposedly displayed the entire sordid situation with a granular attention to detail. I didn’t need to. Others did a fine job.
