Answer: yes. Of course. With warlike Mars in kingly Leo conjunct the self-expressive Leo Ascendant of his natal chart, it’s his way or the highway. His ego rules over all.

 

The question for me is, however: does he (his inner self) know he is an egotist/narcissist?

I do think so. He uses that massive, very effective, over the top ego to get his way, like any selfish person, and/or: his higher self utilizes his powerful ego as an instrument to shift humanity into a new reality that his higher self realizes is necessary.

I.e., either he identifies with his ego, or he does not.

I think not.
