MEME MEDLEY re: How to Know If You’re “Doing the Right Thing”

First, and foremost, all your actions are directed toward the future. Will this action hurt or help, in both short and long run?

For example:

It helps to remember:

Set your intention to be as consciously aware as possible, always, no matter what. How?

Admittedly, the above is a big order. It takes years to descend into the rabbit hole of your own unconscious mind, how it has held you, without your knowing, in bondage, either denying or projecting that which you do not want to admit as your own. Both denial and projection deplete your energy, and result in either depression (denial) or chronic rage/irritation/resentment/revenge (projection). Is this how you want to use your energy? NO.

Thus, “shadow work,” is the most valuable work of all.

Shadow work frees up your energy.

Shadow work can be done with or without a “therapist.” For example, like me, you might utilize dreams, journaling, and co-counseling with friends. This I did in my 40s, for about seven years, working with “Orphan Annie” (my emotionally abandoned inner child). Indeed, during those years, this utterly fascinating work was the principle focus of my life.

And of course, shadow work never ends. We are always uncovering more, and more and more deep “stuff” within. Surprise!! In this way, the unconscious mirrors nature herself, continuously changing, adapting, regenerating . . .

And then . . . damn!

Externally, lots of obstacles also seem to stand in the way. Current examples:

And, to back up a bit to the seemingly fading Covid era. Are you yet aware of this shift in policy from the CDC?

Part of being consciously aware involves asking questions. Why did the CDC suddenly seem to capitulate? Do you trust anything the CDC says? If so, you may still be somewhat mind-controlled.

So wake up, already! Okay? Meanwhile, lots of pointed humor these days, makes those who are consciously aware laugh like crazy. For example:

BTW: Pay attention to the way animals relate to you and others. They know whether or not someone is trustworthy; they are automatically “in touch with” their instincts. We can learn from them to trust our own bodies, for example, when “the hair stands up on the back of our neck.”

Then there’s No. 5 . . . oh wow, I do remember turning on the TV the morning of 911, watching the supposed planes crash into the Twin Towers and instantly, instinctively, knowing, with every fiber of my being: “INSIDE JOB.”

Basically, as consciously aware beings, as sovereign souls, at one with all, we need to learn to travel, unscathed, through absolutely anything.

Love all of these memes Ann. They hit the spot. Good ones

”And you? My teacher looked up, his left eyebrow arched, pencil poised. 'I want to do a paper on the concept of time.’” I mumbled, timidly. 'Time?' He sniffed. “I wouldn’t touch the subject. Too difficult.” — AK, 1967
