I almost just posted this one comment, “Let’s compromise,” (originally in response the above post), without any reference, thinking just about everybody I know will have been alerted to the Rubio dietary “sin.” But then decided, well, maybe not everybody.
What’s your dark side, re: nutrition.
Mine’s still the need to wrestle with just how much caffeine will my system tolerate? I once was being “treated” by a female healer who worked with a frequency machine. She told me my body is allergic to caffeine! I wonder now, is this still true? Was it ever true?
She has since died.
Another time, when I walked into her office and sat down, she told me, right away. “You need to give up marijuana.”
“WHAT?” I exploded, as I stood up irately: “YOU ARE MY ENEMY!”
Even I was surprised at my extreme reaction.
BTW: not too much time went by, before I found myself no longer even interested in marijuana.
But caffeine? After several years without, I’ve re-introduced it, in the form of a half a cup of iced coffee a day, stirred into my morning elixir. Experimenting . . .
